COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive

Dear Member,

We are pleased to announce that Iron Workers Local 67 and the Central Iowa Iron Working Contractors Association are partnering together to begin offering an incentive for Local 67 actively working Union members, to take the necessary steps to become fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.

This incentive will be a $100 one-time gift card that will be available after the member provides proof of full vaccination.

The following provides the details:

• The incentive program applies to Local 67 actively working members only.
• The program will be available from 10/01/2021-12/31/2021.
• To receive the incentive gift card, the member must provide a copy of their completed vaccination record to Melissa Bailey, Fund Administrator.
